Support Local Hawaii is a stewardship organization dedicated to strengthening and connecting Hawaii’s Culture, Communities, and Ecosystems.
Kind Cloud Solutions is the technology and social enterprise partner of Support Local Hawaii. Support Local Hawaii and Kind Cloud Solutions are distinct organizations connected by a shared purpose. Kind Cloud Solutions may provide technology, infrastructure, development, maintenance, security, administrative, and other operational services that support the Support Local Hawaii platform.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to the “platform,” “website,” “services,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Support Local Hawaii and, where applicable to the operation and administration of the platform, Kind Cloud Solutions.
Support Local Hawaii and Kind Cloud Solutions are based in Hawaiʻi, a territory administered by the United States as the State of Hawaii, whose political and legal status remains the subject of historical and legal dispute, including claims concerning the continuing sovereignty of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
