WHY WE ARE HERE
Hawaiʻi faces many challenges.
From cultural disconnection and community fragmentation to environmental degradation, economic imbalance, social inequity, and disconnected stewardship, Hawai‘i faces challenges that affect our people, places, and future generations. Yet within these challenges is an opportunity to come together with greater purpose.
Through Aloha, Kuleana, Mālama ‘Āina, and Lōkahi, we can strengthen our communities, care for what has been entrusted to us, and help build a more connected, just, resilient, and thriving Hawai‘i for generations to come.
